SCOTT’S STORY:
For nearly 25 years, Scott West has provided both technical facilities and labor management services to the broadcast television industry. Scott was named President and CEO of Program Productions in 2019 and is currently responsible for oversight and management of business operations for Program Productions, its sister company XLT Management Services, a payroll and human resources management firm, as well as Event Software Partners, which develops and manages the proprietary ProCrewz ® labor management software and mobile application platform.
Prior to his work with Program Productions, West served on the facilities side of the business as Vice President of Engineering Operations for NEP Group where he provided senior level direction for television facility maintenance engineering, six national field shops, fiber-optic department, operations and travel departments, and 1st-tier technical support. West also served as President and General Manager of Corplex, Inc. At Corplex, Scott helped build a small, local mobile production truck company into a national player that provided HD facilities to some of the sports industry’s highest profile events prior to its acquisition by NEP Group.

ROBERT’S STORY:
For over two full decades, Robert Carzoli has overseen the astronomical growth of Program Productions®, XLT Management Services®, ProCrewz®, and Kingsbridge Shared Services®. Today, these entities make up the industry’s largest labor management group.
Bob brings over thirty years of diverse labor management experience to his companies and their customers, matched with a foresight and understanding of the industry he loves. He continuously seeks out and retains the best and brightest personnel in the industry. Under Bob’s leadership, the companies’ management, accounting, crewing, client support, and legal units are universally acknowledged for their excellence, dedication to client satisfaction, and the passion they bring to their jobs.
Bob is active in a number of national and local charities including the Sports Broadcasting Fund, Merging Vets and Players, and most recently has worked with industry Hall-of-Famers Geoffrey Mason and Jerry Steinberg to lead the efforts of the Sports Video Group’s Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation initiative to ensure that broadcast technicians and their families have access to today’s most-trusted addiction and mental health care resources.
Bob Carzoli and his wife Sue split their time between their homes in Scottsdale, Arizona and the Chicagoland area.

AMY’S STORY:
Amy Scheller currently holds the position of EVP Strategy & Development & CSMO. Her focus spans many aspects of the company’s development including strengthening and broadening strategic partnerships, expanding product and service base, and keeping the mission of providing our industry with innovative solutions moving forward. This includes a key role on the Technology Advisory Committee created to develop and implement technology advancements to the ProCrewz® enterprise resource management system and mobile application.
Amy started her career in television in 1999 on the road working on remote productions, and eventually put down roots in the Boston area where she managed remote productions for the New England market. She joined Program Productions in 2017 and quickly proved a valuable addition to the team. As a forever athlete, her competitive nature and appreciation for teamwork fuels her dedication to continually push the limits of Program Productions’ mission.

JESSICA’S STORY:
Since 2022, Jessica has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations for Program Productions and, sister company, XLT Management Services. She is also a member of the Company’s Advisory Committee.
Jessica joined Program Productions in 2016. As COO of North America’s leading broadcast labor management firm she exemplifies a laser-focused commitment to both customer satisfaction and employee well-being, establishing a balanced and thriving organizational culture. Jessica has been instrumental in driving significant growth in the sports broadcasting industry and has been a leader in expanding into adjacent markets. Jessica continues to focus on supporting new business development, client relations, national training initiatives, and labor union negotiations.
In 2007, Jessica began her professional career in the labor management industry with NEP, where she oversaw Crewing Operations and traveled as a Production Manager. The relationships and contacts she has made over the years, have proven invaluable in her ability to apply the best available resources in the industry, to address all of the daily challenges surrounding live events.
Jessica currently resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

TOM’S STORY:
As Program Productions’ Chief Financial Officer, Tom matches business acumen with a knack for excellence, proactively identifying future needs both internal and external to the organization. With 10 years of industry experience at the likes of Shelco Steel Works, Inc., and Hub Group Inc., he allows staff the freedom to grow, recognizes that everyone has unique strengths to utilize to the best of their ability, provides guidance, and creates an environment of teamwork.
With a drive to do his best at all times and treat people with the utmost respect and honesty, Tom Zeller remembers that what we do each day is what our customers, partners and team members rely on for their success.

VITO’S STORY:
A former Police Commander, graduate of the FBI National Academy, and prominent regional and national legal powerhouse, and a member of the companies’ Board of Directors, Vito has represented Program Productions for over twenty years.
As Chief Legal Officer, Vito oversees all legal operations, serves as an advisor to the companies’ CEO and President, and is responsible for all corporate, governance, compliance, labor, and litigation matters.
Vito negotiates collective bargaining agreements with local and national leaders of the IATSE, the IBEW, and NABET, and is responsible for all contracts between the companies and the clients they serve. Vito adheres to the win-win negotiation philosophy and believes that contract discussions should result in mutually beneficial agreements, facilitated by presenting fair and equitable proposals. In accord with the companies’ philosophy of unsurpassed service to its clients, Vito consults with and assists the executive management, and legal and HR leaders of the companies’ clients.

Launching CBS Sports. At the time, it was one of the biggest company wins in history to bring them on as a customer, and it involved a significant software development lift and a ton of teamwork across all departments. A truly historic moment for everyone at Program Productions!
BOBBY’S STORY:
As CTO, Bobby leads the ProCrewz® engineering and product teams, guiding our strategic vision and ensuring seamless integration of technology with business objectives. His role focuses on improving product efficiency, fostering innovation, and delivering cutting edge software that is used across our family of companies. He emphasizes ruthless prioritization and attention to detail at every step of the software development life cycle.
Prior to joining Program Productions, Bobby worked as a lead data scientist, business strategist, and product manager at Enova International, a publicly traded financial technology company. During his tenure at Enova, he gained extensive experience in scaling systems for growth, stability, and reliability. He applies those same principles to the development of the ProCrewz® software, and deeply understands the importance of growth through technology differentiation.
A Chicago native, Bobby is an avid Bitcoiner, distance runner, Northwestern Wildcats superfan, and passionate about learning. When he’s not working, you can find him studying Italian or Korean, teaching himself web development, or watching any of his beloved Chicago sports teams on TV.

MIKE’S STORY:
As the General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer for Program Productions, Michael Campolo works to help protect the company’s legal interests and maintain operations within the scope established by law. He provides counsel to all levels of staff within the company and deals with a wide variety of legal work including research and negotiating contracts.
With previous leadership positions at Fox Entertainment, Warner Brothers, the Boeing Company and a combined 25 years of legal, labor relations and human resources experience, Michael’s greatest strength is the ability to collaborate and solve complex problems with and through people. His passion is driven in the workplace by facilitating problem solving in all areas of the business and working with clients to resolve issues with solutions that enable all parties to achieve their objectives.
Michael previously served in the United States Marine Corps both on active duty and reserves. He is a private pilot and enjoys working with public benefit flying organizations such as Pilots and Paws for animal rescue and Angel Flight for individuals who are in the need of medical transport.
GEOFF’S STORY:
Geoff brings more than five decades of network sports experience to PPI, which includes 25 Emmy Awards, and experience working with ABC, NBC, FOX, ESPN, and the NFL Network.
He also has a robust international broadcast background, including seven Olympic Games, six World Cups and multiple America’s Cup races. In 2010, Geoff was inducted into the Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame.
JERRY’S STORY:
Known as “The Godfather” at FOX Sports, Jerry is an icon of remote sports productions. He managed operations for FOX’s live broadcasts, including facilities, personnel, and new technologies.
In addition to multiple World Series and Super Bowls, Jerry has overseen eight Daytona 500 races, BCS and National Championship games and Stanley Cup Finals. In 2015, he was inducted into the Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame.
PETER’S STORY:
With more than 25 years of experience in the television industry, Peter’s career has spanned from directing award-winning shows to managing teams for broadcast entertainment events.
In his most recent position, Peter created and led a team responsible for the development, promotion, and account management of NEP US Mobile Units’ entertainment business, including numerous concerts, comedy/network entertainment shows, and televised CrossFit events. Since 2006, His NEP group provided broadcast television facilities and experienced tech support to major North American music festivals, including Bonnaroo, Coachella, and Lollapalooza, among others.
Prior to joining the mobile unit industry, Peter directed numerous national multicamera shows, including The Oprah Winfrey Show (Kingworld), The Montel Williams Show (Paramount), The Joan Cusack Show (ABC Network), and many others. He has received two national Emmy awards for Excellence in Television Direction/The Oprah Winfrey Show and is a member of the Director’s Guild of America.
GERRY’S STORY:
A financial industry veteran, Gerry is an expert at leading companies through expansion and evolution.
For nearly 20 years, Gerry presided over a period of exponential growth at NEP Group, steering the company to a dominant market position. During his tenure as CFO, NEP became the leading technology partner for content creators around the globe, including operations in 25 countries and supporting productions on all seven continents. With Gerry at the helm, the company successfully navigated 30 global acquisitions and multiple complex financial transactions.
Now, drawing on decades of experience, Delon serves as Chief Financial Officer to PPI, XLT, Kingsbridge and ProCrewz®.
FLOYD’S STORY:
The founder and former CEO of Chicago-based production staff firm Complete Crewing, Floyd Dillman is an expert in budgeting and production labor. Over his career, he has designed, negotiated and managed numerous union labor projects exceeding $1 million in weekly spending. Along the way, he has built positive relationships with theatrical trade unions across Chicago and nationwide.
Floyd’s rich experience includes serving as the Director of Production Services at Paramount International, where he led a 35-person team. He later worked for decades as an independent staging producer for live and televised events.
